Air conditioning installation across North London

From a single-room Daikin wall unit to a full multi-zone home retrofit. I design, supply and install air con systems that disappear into the space rather than dominating it, across Camden, Barnet, Brent, Haringey and Harrow. Single rooms start at £2,200 fully fitted, and every survey is free.

1-year guarantee

Labour & install backed for 12 months, plus full manufacturer warranty.

0% finance

Spread the cost over 36 months with no interest, subject to status.

REFCOM registered

F-Gas certified and fully insured. The legal requirement for refrigerant work, and I will give you the number.

Residential

Home installations designed around your space.

Every home is different. Period houses need a different approach to new-builds. Open-plan spaces need different sizing to small bedrooms. I take the time to get all of this right at survey stage, because re-working a badly-placed unit later is the most expensive mistake in air conditioning.

  • Correctly sized, no over-spec, no under-powering
  • Placement considers layout, airflow, aesthetics
  • Pipework concealed wherever possible
  • Dust sheets, clean-up, respectful crew

  • Phased rollouts & out-of-hours work
  • Centralised smart control & scheduling
  • RAMS, method statements & full paperwork

Accreditation

Properly certified, and here is what that means

Most air conditioning credentials are meaningless to the person paying for the job. These are the ones that are not, and what each actually tells you.

REFCOM registeredF-Gas scheme

REFCOM is the F-Gas registration scheme run by the Building Engineering Services Association. It certifies that a company is legally permitted to handle fluorinated refrigerant gases.

Without it, an installer cannot legally work on a split system at all.

F-Gas certified engineerCity & Guilds

The individual qualification for handling refrigerant. It covers safe recovery, leak testing, charging and decommissioning.

It is the engineer holding the gauges who needs this, not just the company on the invoice.

Public liability insuranceFully insured

Cover for damage to your property while work is in progress, alongside professional indemnity.

Ask any installer for the certificate. A legitimate one will send it without hesitating.

25+ years in the tradeSince 1999

A quarter of a century across construction and air conditioning, most of it in London period property.

Experience is not a certificate, but it is why the awkward jobs go right.

One thing worth checking on any quote you receive

Air conditioning needs F-Gas certification, not Gas Safe. Gas Safe covers gas appliances such as boilers and is the wrong credential entirely for refrigerant work — yet it appears on a surprising number of air conditioning websites. If a company is displaying Gas Safe for an air conditioning job, ask them for their F-Gas registration before you go any further.
